I started working at PersonalWeb in February 2011 as creative director and was promoted to director of marketing in 2012.

• Designed the PersonalWeb brand and logo, which is a registered trademark
• Created the company’s website including design, copywriting, photography, and front-end development
• Garnered local brand awareness by building relationships with the regional colleges, news media, and business leaders
• Participated in The University Of Texas at Tyler computer science capstone program alongside the PersonalWeb CTO
• Guest lectured in marketing, journalism and design classes and attended career fairs at local colleges on behalf of the company
• Designed and printed business branding items including business cards, stationary, and signage
• Distributed company press releases to national media outlets with picked up by major outlets including The Boston Globe, The Sacramento Bee, and Los Angeles Daily News as well as industry technology and education outlets such as EdTech Times and Virtual Strategy Magazine
